This person fails WP:PROF and other claims to notability are problematic since there are not very many citations to his somewhat extravagant ideas. His association with the WP:FRINGE group "Quantum Gravity Research" means that WP:FRINGEBLP comes into play. I don't think he is particularly well-known for his fringe advocacy.
