Footballer who has never played in a fully-professional league, so fails WP:NFOOTBALL (article previously deleted for the same reason). The new version was created by an SPA and I wouldn't be surprised if this SPA is linked to the other SPA (possibly the article's subject based on their username) that created the original article, attempted to recreate at a different title a week after the original AfD, and has been the main editor of this version since its recreation.
