The result was keep. One opinion in favour of deletion, the nominator, who has now been block for sock-puppetry. Closing a bit early per WP:DENY (non-admin closure). St★lwart111 23:05, 10 October 2021 (UTC)

Dubey did one notable work but it seems to be an example of WP:BLP1E. He is known only for one event. Also, there has been mass activism regarding stubble-cleaning for farmers so singling him out is questionable. Receiving Diana Award may satisfy WP:ANYBIO which is under the umbrella of Additional Criteria and not Primary Criteria of WP:BIO. Di xiku 15:20, 6 October 2021 (UTC)

- Keep There is coverage on more than one event. See the petition for excessive use of plastic in Times of India [1], his plea on subtle burning in CNA (TV network) [2] and Scroll.in [3]. There is also mention of a tree plantation campaign under a general biography description at Verve (Indian magazine) [4]. And then there is news on Diana awards itself which is another event in itself [5]. There is also WP:SUSTAINED about his pleas on stubble burning and plastic use which is basically his work.
