- Delete - Previously submitted at Draft:ActivityWatch and declined over a year ago, preventing this being moved to draft. Appears to fail WP:GNG. Source search for me has turned up a fair number of mentions, but only two in-depth sources so far: itsfoss and ghacks - both blogs (WP:UGC; they do not appear to be major publications and likely aren't qualified as reliable sources).
