- Keep No one has yet mentioned what I think is the real reason NRHP-listed properties have a presumption of notability: the nomination forms themselves always have a bibliography section listing sources about the site. Although the quality of these bibliographies varies, nearly all the ones I've seen definitely meet our notability standards.
