Not a notable performing ensemble by any means. Every college has a pep band, and this one has not met such notability for it to get its own page. (Note that there is a slightly more notable band called "Pocket Aces Brass Band" that appears when searching for sources).

Delete. Fails WP:NMUSIC and the GNG. I found a bit of coverage in the local press, but it's all far too trivial to count toward establishing notability. No alternatives to deletion come to mind: there's no sourcing to justify a merger, and a redirect wouldn't be appropriate since the band isn't mentioned in any other articles.
