Searches of "Abdullahi Ahmed Sumaila" and "Dandarman Sumaila" yield only Wikipedia mirrors so this article looks to fail verification. The sources used either don't seem to exist at all or there is no evidence that they mention this person at all. Even if this person does exist, I'm struggling to see how they would pass WP:GNG or WP:ANYBIO given the complete lack of genuine coverage found.
