Nearly 10 months removed, I think it can be determined that this attack is a WP:NOTNEWS event. WP:ROUTINE coverage was sustained for about 3 days (mostly to mention ISIL's claim of responsibility) but no WP:LASTING impact has been established. Yes, this was covered by the media but according to WP:GEOSCOPE there needs to be a long-term affect on the area. This was tragic but please stick to policy.   • Keep. The premise is wrong. For instance, the wikipedia entry includes a WP:RS from a Swiss newspaper from November 2016, i.e. there was international coverage even 3 months after the attack.XavierItzm (talk) 04:59, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
