Poorly sourced, including dead links. Much of the contents is not sourced at all. Apparently not an exceptional heat wave compared to the early 2009 episode and the 2012–2013 Angry Summer in the same region. Trivial, anecdotal information such as Retailers were also caught out as they struggled to sell winter fashion items such as coats, boots, gloves and beanies.. Sensationalist wording unwarranted: The heatwave finally ended on May 24, having stretched an astonishing 9 days. NINE FULL DAYS!!! Overall, fails WP:NEVENT for lack of strong immediate or lasting effects. — JFG talk 20:17, 23 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
