Not notable Military accident that doesn't meet WP:AIRCRASH. Nobody notable on board. ...William 12:52, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete or merge per result at 1965 Fort Benning Mid-Air Helicopter Collision and discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2007 Romanian Air Force IAR-330 SOCAT crash (2nd nomination). There doesn't seem to be an obvious merge target—Hukou, Hsinchu, Northrop F-5#Republic of China (Taiwan), and Republic of China Air Force are possibilities, but there could be WP:UNDUE issues there. Deletion is probably the simplest solution. --BDD (talk) 16:35, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment, the article appears to be well referenced, however it does not appear that the article passes WP:EFFECT, yet some may argue that the article may pass WP:AIRCRASH. If the article is moved, I would propose that it be summarized and merged into the article about the F-5--RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 19:59, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete per nom. Two other discussions about similar events are Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2010 Israeli Air Force Sikorsky CH-53 Sea Stallion crash and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/AH.9 Lynx crash, both concerning military aircraft crashing during training exercises and both involving personnel from more than one nation's military forces. Both articles were deleted; both events (and this crash) have mentions in the List of accidents and incidents involving military aircraft (2000–present), which is full of similar crashes around the world and which is IMO a sufficient record for Wikipedia, so no merging required (and yes, this is largely a copy-and-paste of my argument at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2007 Romanian Air Force IAR-330 SOCAT crash (2nd nomination) - I'm a little bit lazy this cold winter afternoon).
