This list is not at all suitable for main space but the article is too old to be draftified. I can't see any evidence that this list will ever be complete, at least not from what's available online about this tournament. The one source for the Iraq squad looks okay but I can't see that the same type of source exists for Palestine, Syria etc. I believe that there is no potential for this topic to meet WP:GNG or WP:LISTN and should be outright deleted but, if people are adamant that there is potential, I'm happy for this article to be sent to draft to allow time for the article to be completed as an WP:ATD.
