If you want to make changes and try again, copy and paste your article into a new submission and make your changes there. From the time and origin of societies, man has had to distinguish the difference among groups and individual standards and have fought countless battles over ideology. Now we have created the standards that has removed what was believed to be personnel posterity no-matter the original idea within the constitution of the united states. The crimes where based on choices directly effecting harm to another human, not choices that effect the individual. A former justice coined a phrase " let the fool drool " this was his response to legislation that diminished the individuals freedom of choice regardless whether it was liked or society acceptable. His stance remained that it is a societal dilema and not the function of the government to dictated behavior or choices of individuals, but to only legislate laws and punishments that deal directly with tort behavior and actions against one individual to another or individual to groups. much has remained and much has been replaced with what can only be hypocrisies. Alcoholism has ventured on to be acceptable, but addictions are still discriminated against.Although the Medical Association has grouped these to maladies into one...Addiction.... Scolars wanted.....please discern. Sources[edit]American Heritage

The Catholic club is one of Bangalore's oldest associations primarily for Catholic members of Bangalore Society. Although nowadays the club does admit non Catholics as well. It is located on Museum Road and provides members with a host of recreationa facilities such as a library, billiards room, cards, badminton, sqaush and swimming. Catholic CLub is most notable for its very popular dances which happen year round. The Christmas cake and wine dance is the most famous of these with the club being packed to capacity with revellers during the christmas and new year season. Sadly much of the clubs old architecture has been torn down to make way for new buildings due to the dearth of space in the club. Sources[edit]

We operate a chain of nearly 60 supermarkets and hypermarkets in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with over 7,000 employees. In addition we’ve recently begun our international expansion with our first store in Dubai. Over the next 4 years we’ve put in place a plan to treble the sales of our business. By the end of 2010 we’ll have over 120 stores and 20,000 employees serving customers across the whole of Saudi Arabia. Panda was established in 1979, and since then we've been delivering customer's needs and are busy working to serve them better in the future. Our private label range of ‘Panda’ products grows each week, offering great prices and savings for our customers. In recognition of Panda’s achievements we’ve been awarded the “Best Retail Business in Saudi Arabia” in 2005 and the “Best local retailer in Middle East” by from Retail ME Magazine in 2006. Panda is part of the Savola Group, which is one of the largest companies in Saudi Arabia. HyperPanda, one of the Middle East’s leading grocery food chains, is the retail subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s giant Savola Group, one of the Kingdom’s leading industrial conglomerates. As a Saudi company competing with international retailers, HyperPanda will focus on its regional knowledge and expertise in meeting the needs of its customers. The company expects to be recognised as the Middle East’s best retailer and acknowledges that to attain this it must excel in all areas of customer offer, including range, prices and service. Dubai Festival City, the Middle East's largest privately-funded, mixed-use development transforming the upper reaches of Dubai's historic Creek, is to host the first HyperPanda hypermarket outside of Saudi Arabia. The 175,000 square foot store, in the Festival Centre retail park, will join a HyperPanda chain, which currently operates more than 50 stores throughout Saudi Arabia. HyperPanda, one of the Middle East's leading grocery food chains, is the retail subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's giant Savola Group, one of the Kingdom's leading industrial conglomerates. Being built at a cost of AED 98 million, and with a planned product offering spanning over 100,000 lines, Dubai Festival City's HyperPanda lives up to the waterfront destination's promise to attract new brands to the UAE. 'We believe HyperPanda, with its extensive experience in Saudi Arabia, where it is represented in most urban towns and cities, will bring an added dimension to the UAE's hypermarket offering,' said Phil McArthur, Director Leasing & Marketing, Dubai Festival City. Savola said the UAE was chosen for the first HyperPanda outside its home because of the country's rapidly developing population and growing tourism. 'After careful consideration, Dubai Festival City was selected because it was quite clearly one of the best developments in Dubai and offered a fantastic opportunity for us to enter the UAE market,' said Dr Muhammad Amin D.Kashgari, President-Retail Division, Savola Group. As a Saudi company competing with international retailers, HyperPanda will focus on its regional knowledge and expertise in meeting the needs of its customers. The company expects to be recognised as the Middle East's best retailer and acknowledges that to attain this it must excel in all areas of customer offer, including range, prices and service. 'HyperPanda is successful in Saudi Arabia as a Kingdom-wide retailer serving all segments of the population, and the same will be true in the UAE. We recognise success in the UAE market will depend on us offering the best value for money to our customers as we do in Saudi Arabia. And, as a regional brand, our Arabic offering must be second to none' said Dr. D.Kashgari. HyperPanda's reputation for providing one of the most attractive and extensive fresh food offerings in Saudi Arabia would be retained, and honed, for Dubai. The Dubai Festival City HyperPanda, which will employ around 450 employees, will be adjacent to the UAE's largest IKEA destination store, which will open in the development's retail park this November. 'Together, these two significant retailers will form the core of Dubai Festival City's retail park and their complementary offerings will deliver critical footfall mass,' said McArthur. 'HyperPanda stores have a reputation of being very friendly and easy outlets in which to shop. This reputation will be further enhanced by the Dubai Festival City location, which has dedicated 1,000 parking slots for the hypermarket alone.' Adjoining the retail park is the 2.6 million square foot retail, entertainment and hospitality focal point, Festival Centre, which seamlessly blends a number of experiences into one customer-centric environment. Boasting a unique fusion concept, this offering and range goes far beyond the standard retail centre and is designed to suit an increasingly demanding, discerning and sophisticated 21st century consumer who wants wide choice, flexibility and convenience all in one place. Festival Centre, to be fully completed in September 2006, will integrate over 400 shops, representing some of the world's leading brands, into the InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Four Seasons hotels, creating the ultimate in luxury dining and accommodation. Festival Centre will also offer one of the most diverse food and beverage assortments in the region, boasting over 90 cafés and restaurants and fast food outlets. Carefully designed, each outlet will have a scenic, waterfront setting. In addition, it will also feature the 150 berth Festival Marina, a Mediterranean style harbour, allowing yacht owners and visitors access to the centre's offerings, whilst contributing to Dubai's reputation as a leading maritime hub. The HyperPanda announcement rounds off an exciting month for Dubai Festival City which saw the launch of the signature destination's AED 6 billion Marsa Al Khor development - a 245,000 square metre, upmarket, contemporary waterfront community reminiscent of some of the world's finest lifestyle destinations - and the AED 1.4 billion Southern Arabian style 'Hillside' residential community being developed on a 25 metre man-made knoll in the heart of Dubai Festival City. How many types of links:[reply] Basically links are two types. 1.Internal links 2.External links Justin Holt I am writing about the great American and person that is Justin Holt Sources[edit]Justin Charles Holt was born on June 13, 1981, in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A., He is the son of Charles and Barbara Holt. He grew up in Orlando until his 5th grade in grade school, then he and his family moved to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Once moved there, his parents divorced, and Justin moved in with his Father, Once living with him in Mt. Plymouth, Florida, he began his racing career, He did so by winning his first ever race. This began his racing career, although he had attended races all of his life, from 4 to 2 wheels, dirt to asphalt, and oval to roadcourse. Allthough Justin much rather prefers dirt. When he himself does not race, he helps others race by either helping them "Wrench" on the cars, or drive their cars during testing or hot laps. Even through Justin's busy racing schedule, he found it important to get his degree, which he did from Florida State University in 2004. After graduating college he decided to help others less fortunate as him and began to work for the mentally ill. This was a very demanding, fun, and important job for Mr. Holt, but if you ask him, he would say, "It's just about the people, cause I sure ain't making no money doin it," in his ever present southern tone. He really helped all the people he worked with and for, and they as well. It was at the same time that Holt was employeed here that he met his future wife, of which he says, "She is actually better than racing, but don't let the guys know." And for all that know Justin, if he loves something more than racing or helping others, this girl must meen alot. But one day to due budget expenses Holt and all of his fellow employees were let go. Just to pay bills during this period of unemployment Justin took on odd jobs working all hours of the day and night, just trying to put food on the table for his wife and two step children. He finally found another job that he can use his college degree in, but according to federal laws, are not able to disclose current occupation. But as qouted by one reporter with the AP, he is having the, ".....time of his life....." AP, October 2006, Jacksonville, FL Orlando Sentinel, June 15, 1981. Jean-Philippe Susilovic is the most awesome maitre'd of the popular FOX reality show Hell's Kitchen. He is Belgian, and he stutters, but it's a cool stutter. He's a very passive individual, taking most of Gordon Ramsay's ridicule in Hell's Kitchen without a word of protest, which is awesome. Aside from Ramsay, though, he'll take it from just about anyone. He's just that awesome, and is a man to be feared, revered, and loved by all of us. Go 'Philippe. The Fire and Rescue Services for our communities are initiated by dialing 911. The immediate response is provided from twelve career staffed Rescue Fire engines. Thesespecially equipped units have some of the most advanced technical equipment manufactured for structural fire fighting, removing trapped victims from automobiles, chemical leaks, fuel spills and woods fires. Our volunteer forces supplement the Career staffed fire engines by responding with additional support apparatus, and other specialized units. This unique and successful system is a staple for the success of Martin County, providing a large amount of resources at an economical cost. Special Response Teams Martin County Fire Rescue provides some of the most progressive Special Response Teams in the State of Florida. Federal requirements for specific response to the community require that there be specialized response for facilities such as water treatment or other industrial plants. Martin County Fire Rescue is the only provider of these type services in Martin County. The Special Response Teams are divided as follows: Hazardous Materials Response (HAZMAT): The Martin County Fire Rescue Hazardous Material Response Team was formed in the 1970's. This team is responsible for the mitigations of incidents involving, but not limited to, chemical leaks and spills, radiological mishaps, bomb incidents, hazardous chemical fires, transportation accidents and unknown incidents. This team was one of the first in the State and is proud to meet all Federal requirements for training and equipment. Martin County HAZMAT is also one of seven Statewide Regional Response Teams. This honor has allowed the team to receive several hundred thousand federal dollars in equipment and training. Technical Extrication Rescue Team T.E.R.T. Canton is a ginger-flavored liqueur, which was produced in the Guangdong province of China and, which was sold in limited quantity in the U.S. before high end Asian fusion became popular. Canton's stay on the market lasted from 1992-1995 and it was officially discontinued after 1997. Its ingredients were advertised to include six varieties of ginger, ginseng, "gentle herbs," "finest spirits," brandy, and honey. Canton's strength was 20 percent alcohol (40 proof).

After spending a college summer in Taiwan and China studying language and shoe technical development, Galahad went on to design and developed ‘Wu-Shoes’ for rap/hip-hop trailblazers, The Wu Tang Clan. Following college, he was one of two graduate recruits selected to join the prestigious Swires Management-training program in China. After returning from China in 2002, Galahad became involved with Terra Plana. A struggling shoe brand making classic men’s shoes, with a design twist. Galahad was attracted to the principles of Terra Plana: a respect for artisan shoe constructions, eco friendly materials and modern design elements. In 2003, Galahad took over the running of Terra Plana and set about transforming the fortunes of the brand, reinventing the product range, introducing specific new concepts and developing the ladies collection. Every product was designed with a sustainable concept in mind and eco friendly materials were actively sourced from all corners of the world. Sustainable design, according to Galahad, is just ‘good design’, products that are efficient, durable, light, enjoyed by users and don’t cause any unnecessary harm. On the look out for other interesting footwear projects, Galahad teamed up with Rem D Koolhaas and so United Nude was born. With studios in London, UK and Guangzhou, China, United Nude has been designing and producing iconic ladies footwear since 2003. Looking to architectural design for inspiration, the United Nude catalogue includes footwear such as the Mobius, Eamz & Stealth. Iconic silhouettes, with a clear concept, elegance and innovation.
With Terra Plana stores in London, New York, Vienna and China, distribution in over 20 countries World wide, and the recent honor of winning the Observer Ethical Fashion product of the Year 2007, Terra Plana is fast becoming a household name in footwear, and a pioneer in sustainable, ethical design. "Whine Country" is the twenty-fifth and last episode of the second season of the sitcom The King of Queens. It was aired on CBS on May 22, 2000. Plot[edit]Doug and Carrie both have very specific ideas on how to spend their vacation together. Doug wants to rent an RV while Carrie prefers a visit to Paris. They flip a coin, and Doug wins. In order to make Doug reconsider his idea, Carrie invites her father on the cross-country trip. She assumes that Doug would not want to spend his vacation in a confined space with the old man. However, to spite her, Doug not only agrees to take Arthur along but invites Spence as well. Doug and Carrie end up spending their holidays alone at home while Spence and Arthur take the trip on their own. Cultural references[edit]

If you want to make changes and try again, copy and paste your article into a new submission and make your changes there. Joel Owsley Cheek (b. 1852, d. 1935) was the developer of Maxwell House Coffee, the blend known for being 'good to the last drop' and made Nashville the center of the US coffee industry in the early twentieth century. He began selling coffee riding horseback in the mid Southern states after becoming familiar with the rising popularity of coffee. He devceloped the Maxwell House blend after many years of experimentation with various blends of premium coffee beans. In 1892, he developed his most popular blend and convinced the manager of the Maxwell House Hotel to serve it exclusively. The coffee was so popular that the hotel owner gave Cheek permission to sell his coffee using the hotel's name. This helped the sales of the coffee as the hotel was known for its elegance and famous guests and sales grew rapidly. Maxwell House Coffee was sold all over the world and Cheek sold his business to General Foods for over $40 million. Joel's nephew, Leslie Owen Cheek was his business partner and built the Cheekwood mansion. A martial artist and Blade maker/designer, Bram was a personal student of Prof Remy Presas the founder of Modern Arnisuntil the profesors death in 2001 Bram's father father introduced him to Chinese and Japanese brush painting. This introduction paved the way to Oriental arts. Bram constantly asked to study the fighting arts. In 1965 for his birthday his mother bought him a book, with a woven bamboo cover, *KARATE the Art of the Empty Hand* by Hidetaka Nishiyama. In 1980, he found the instructor who has influenced him until today. Professor Remy Presas was like the old statement: *wait and when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.* Professor Presas said that Modern Arnis is the art within your art and Modern Arnis opened the doors. Connections became clear and Wing Chun blended with American Karate and Arnis led the way. Bram has stayed with Arnis and related arts and has grown into the Filipino way. Over the years many instructors have made an impact on Bram*s martial arts career. For 33 years Bram has learned and taught. With Professor Presas* unexpected death in Sept of 2001, Bram, along with the other first generation students, accepted the responsibility of securing the future of Modern Arnis. Bram has produced martial arts training videos of which PALADIN PRESS has stated will set the standard for instructional tapes particularly those on using edged weapons. He is working on a major book on Conceptual MODERN ARNIS and one on Edged Weapons for PALADIN as well as accompanying videos. Bram*s latest achievement has been the designing of what has been called the most innovative tactical folder in the last 50 years by the knife world. SPYDERCO KNIVES calls the new knife a *watershed event.* What Bram has designed and patented is the first kinetic opening tactical knife; a knife meant to be used closed and within the flow of combat actually uses the opponent*s energy to open the blade. In a closed position, this knife can do all Kyushu Jitsu pressure point techniques, Small circle JuJitsu controlling techniques, Wing Chun trapping and Filipino limb destructions. To accompany the knife Bram has designed the worlds first functional trainer DRONE and another version as a Close Range Medium Impact Tool. The knife and its variations are Bram*s way of giving back to the Martial Arts, which have given his life so much. George Denson*s VIDEO QUEST has signed Bram to do a full series of tapes and has recently produced the first instructional tape series ever sponsored and endorsed by a major knife manufacturer, featuring Bram and his new knife the GUNTING, for SPYDERCO knives. Bram has been inducted into several Martial Arts Halls of Fame including Grandmaster Sanchez*s World Head of Sokeship Council Hall of Fame. There are three *Hall of Fame* inductions that have great meaning to Bram. His induction into the 1998 KARATE VOICE Florida Hall of Fame for the *Silver Lifetime Achievement Award* for recognition of his years in the arts, the other induction is for *Weapons Instructor of the Year 1998* by Grandmaster Sanchez. And his September 2000 induction in the Sokeship Council Hall of Fame for * Most Innovative Martial Arts Weapon of the Millennium: the GUNTING and Master Instructor of the Most Innovative Martial Arts weapon! Digital Delay Line[edit]

This request for creation has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the article text.
A digital delay line is a discrete element in digital filter theory, which allows a signal to be delayed by a number of samples. If the delay is an integer multiple of samples digital delay lines are often implemented as circular buffers. This means that integer delays can be computed very efficiently. The delay by one sample is notated and delays of samples is notated as motivated by the role the z-transform plays in describing digital filter structures. If a delay is not an integer of a sample additional filters are applied to account for the fraction of delay different to an integer. Hence delay lines with non-integer delay are called fractional delay lines Digital delay lines are widely used building blocks in methods to simulate room acoustics, musical instruments and digital audio effects
