Split The Skies is a five-piece band from Long Island. Its band memebers include Ian Kenny (vocals/piano), Jamey Murphy(guitar), Mike Vivelo (guitar/vocals) Tom Birmingham(drums), and Matt De La Torre(bass). Split The Skies was formerly known as Jiandy. All of the band is still in high school, in which 3 members of the band go to Chaminade High School and 2 go to Division Avenue High School.

Tim Murphy is the embodiment of the American Literary Dream. This Co. Cork, Ireland native's love for the literary arts has driven this hard working man to produce and publish three amazing, and different, books. Taking his education; which he modestly states comes from National Teachers in Ireland, Cistercian Monks, Native Farmers, and Irish Construction Workers alike, Mr. Murphy sweeps his readers into a world of fantisy, humor, mystery, and history. His books also have an underlying message for readers; in hopes that books like his will keep kids interested in the arts and out of the streets.

Mr. Murphy was born in Co. Cork Ireland. He spent his younger years working for his family business with his two brothers. He is married to an amazing woman, Nora. Both Tim and Nora moved to the United States some years ago, and now live in Newton, MA.

Tim has written three books, all of which have differing themes, envokeing different emotions in the readers.

His first book, "The Bleeding of The Irish and Those They Bled" is a historical novel, recounting the O'Callaghan family and their exploits during monumental events in Irish history such as the Irish Famine and the American Civil War. This book, hiding new suprises behind every twist and turn is as much about Irish and Irish American History as it is about the people who endured these events and the trials and tribulations that made their two countries what they are today. "The Bleeding of The Irish and Those They Bled" hits home by pointing out that even the most respected and well rounded men have faults. Mr. Murphy points out how people who grow up with different ideologies tend to spark conflict and lable those with differing beliefs and ideas. Mr. Murphy's aims to use this book to envoke an understanding, forgiveness, and a borader perspective to the events in history that have caused much misery and sadness throughout Ireland and the world.

Mr. Murphy's second book "Graham Place Manor" is a lighter, more comical book about a diverse group of people who share space in an apartment complex called Graham Place Manor. Mr. Murphy brings his experience in the real estate leasing field to produce a comical yet pausable story that can be said to embody the idea of America; and what better place to do it then in an apartment complex. Graham Place Manor is a melting pot for immigrents and natives alike, where cultural difference and gaps can sometimes lead to a heated enviornment where the sharp flames of cultural ignorance flare producing some interesting situations. Tim's aims to make his readers laugh and relax by showing how comical life can be when people from around the world share a common space.

Tim's last book, "The Tin Can Spaceman and The City Brigade" is more of an adolesient book about a group of young children, realizing the effects drugs are having in their neighborhood band together and set out on a mission to clean up their homes and their communities. They find friends in very unusual places and shows kids that friends come in all shapes and sizes. The aim of this book is to promote a drug free community and also to raise awareness so that children know that there is always something that they can do to help their community.

I have had the oppertunity, and pleasure of working with Mr. Murphy for some time, and his genious is ever appearent. His personable, kind, and intellectual personality is contagious and ever appearent through his books. These three books might just be the best reads of this year, and many years to come!!

Dinaelurus

Dinaelurus was a nimravid cat-like carnivore that lived during the late Eocene to the late Miocene age. It is believed that Dinaelurus was a cursorial predator meaning it ran down its prey. This is suggested by the cats short face and large nostril, simialr to a cheetah which is also a cursorial predator. Only the skull was found in the John Day formation in Oregon and was named by Eaton in 1922. The Henry Clay Center for Statesmanship promotes the principals and practices of statesmanship championed by "The Great Compromiser" Henry Clay. Located in Henry Clay's original law office in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, the center was established in July 2007. The Center, under the guiding leadership of former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Sandra Day O’Connor and former Kansas Senator Nancy Kassebaum Baker, has as its centerpiece an annual seminar on conciliation and conflict resolution in Lexington. One rising college senior will be tapped from each state and the District of Columbia (selected primarily by their state’s senior US Senator) to participate in each year’s program. The program receives academic support from the University of Kentucky's Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce and from Transylvania University. It will also engage prominent national and international scholars and practitioners in an intense weeklong series of classes, simulations, and lectures. The first seminar will take place in July 2008.

Board of Directors

The Center's board is Co-chaired by Robert N. Clay, owner of Three Chimneys Farm and William Giles. The President is D.G. Van Clief, Jr., past president of the Breeder's Cup. Additional members include Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh, Director of the Patterson School of Diplomacy and former Miss America Phyllis George.

Kathryn Higgins is a prominent member of her community. She volunteers at Fernbank Museum of Natural History monthly and is an active peer in her school. She is a winner of the 2006 University of Rochester Kodak Award. Her work (literary and artistic) has been published in Skaald, Alternative Press (music magazine), Valhalla. She has a very long resume. She has been in about 20 plays (both musical and non-musical), two short films, and has sung for the likes of Senator Max Cleland and the Atlanta Braves. In 2006, she was chairman of an effort to build wells in the disease-ridden country of Malawi through Watering Malawi. She aspires in the future to make a difference in the world. Kathryn interviews bands and reviews shows and CDs for SaintRockNRoll.com, a Canadian-based music journal and website.

Waldron Baily born in 1871 in Mount Kisco, NY. Mr. Baily migrated to the town of Elkin, North Carolina. Mr Baily was Mayor of Elkin, NC for two years and a nominee for the State Senate in 1902. Waldron Baily became an author of the following novels: The Homeward Trail, When The Cock Crows, June Gold, and Heart of the Blue Ridge. The "Heart of the Blue Ridge" became a movie Directed by Lewis J. Selznick in 1915. "The Autobigraphy of Waldron Baily" was published in 1958. Mr Baily was a pioneer novelist of a novel used in early American cinema.

Neal Karlinsky is a correspondent for ABC News, reporting for the top-rated World News with Charles Gibson, Good Morning America and Nightline. He joined ABC News in 2000 and is based in Seattle, Washington. His reports have taken him from Iraq to cover the country's evolving security, to Qatar, where he reported on U.S. Central Command.

Karlinsky has been honored by the National Press club for his report on the danger of Firestone Tires. Prior to coming to ABC News, Karlinsky worked at KIRO-TV in Seattle. Fragment free processing works similar to cut-through, but it tries to reduce the number of errored frames that it forwards. One interesting fact that about Ethernet CSMA/CD logic is that the collisions should be detected within the first 64 bytes of a frame. Fragment free processing works in the similar fashion like that of cut-through processing but it waits for the first 64 bytes before the forwarding decision. However, frames experience less latency than store and forward logic and slightly more latency that cut-through processing.

Ng Kit Chong was 12 during the performance He was studying in Mayflower Primary School. After graduating from his primary school, he studied in Catholic High School Talented and young actor, with a wonderful voice.

Heinrich Boere (1921 ) is a Dutch war criminal and country traitor. Ss officier Boere was secentesd to death in 1949 , he was condemned for country traiting and assassination in service of the enemy, and assisting to the enemy and participation in foreign armed serviceses. The penalty is now live enprisenment because the dutch dont have deathpenalty anymore. He is know hiding in Germany and still running from his penalty because the Germans refuse to hand him over to the Dutch. According to the German court Boere had gained the German nationality when he joined the SS and lost the Dutch nationality when he was sentenced to death. Boere confessed to have murdered three people of the resistance.

The Lycee International de Los Angeles (LILA) was founded in 1978 by a small group of people from French, American and other backgrounds and cultures. The school prepare the children for life in a international environment. Through the cultures of USA and France, students learn about the world at large.

The school offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program, the French Baccalaureate Program and the Highschool diploma.

ENVIRONMENT

The Main campus (Los Feliz) is located in the Franklin Hills section of Los Angeles, California, right next to the famous Shakespeare Bridge, build en 1926. The bridge was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1974. Moreover the school is located up the Prospect Studios, home of the ABC Television Center.

CityLife is the network of investors (Generali Properties S.p.A., RAS S.p.A., Immobiliare Lombarda S.p.A., Lamaro Appalti S.p.A., Grupo Lar Desarrollos Residentiales) which knocked down the international competition for requalifying the historical fair quarter in Milan, Italy. The winner project has been conceived by Zaha Hadid, Daniel Libeskind, Arata Isozaki and Pier Paolo Maggiora.

The project counts on building three skyscrapers, called Il Dritto (the Straight, 218 m), Lo Storto (the Twisted, 185 m) and Il Curvo (the Curved, 170 m) designed respectevely by Isozaki, Hadid and Libeskind. More than a half of the area will be dedicated for a big park, with streams recalling the navigli, and hosting the new Design Museum. The residential part will cover about 140.000 m², divided into 1.300 apartments, in towers till 20 m high.

The entire project should be ready by 2015.

this is one of the main architectural and urbanism projects in Italy and you classify it as an advertisement!!!! OMG!!!! Vienna Conference was the first international conference on ozone layer depletion. It was held in Vienna, Austria in 1985 when an hole in the stratospheric ozone layer was obsereved in the South Pole marked by increased UV-B infilteration over Antarctica. A 'hole', marked by significant drop in ozone molecules in the layer, as large as that of United States was discovered by a British team.

Justincentrism is the theory that the Earth rotates around Justin, a former user and administrator of the website 1337planet.net. The sun in this model is in a fixed position and over time, will cook justin. After justin is cooked it is prophesied that the habitants of Mars will feast on his flesh. This action will bring balance to the force and the galaxy will finally be in peace. If the prophecy was misread, Ewoks from the planet Endor will rescue the people of Earth and take them to Hoth on their Star Destroyers to unite with the Rebel Alliance.

Declined. Your article appears to be a joke. It might be a wonderful entry in Uncyclopedia, a wiki where jokes and parodies are highly encouraged. 1- قصرُ الرئاسة: (الفريق التقني)

السلطة الإدارية الأعلى، والمخولة بإدارة كافة الشئون التقنية والفنية، والمسئولة ‏عن الأمن العام للدولة في كافة الأحوال. سلطة "قصر الرئاسة" هي سلطة شرفية لا يدخل ضمن نطاق مهامها ممارسة أياً من المهام التشريعية، أو التنفيذية، أو القضائية, إلا في حالات التوصية من القائمين على هذه الأعمال ذاتهم، وفي النطاق الذي خصصوه، ومن أجل الهدف الذي تمت التوصية من أجله.

2- النائب العام: (وكلاء النيابة)

هي الهيئة االمسؤولة عن تقييد مخالفات المواطنين في صحفهم الجنائية، والتي من واقعها يتم تنفيذ العقوبات. كما أنها الهيئة المنوط لها بالإشراف على أعمال "السلطة التنفيذية"، والتنسيق بين أفرادها وتدريبهم والعمل على رفع مستواهم الإداري. كما أنها الهيئة المسؤولة عن أداء "السلطة التنفيذية" والمتحدث الرسمي باسمهم أمام كافة هيئات الدولة.

3- السلطة التنفيذية: (فريق الشرطة)

هي مجموعة من أفراد الشرطة والمسؤولين عن دوريات المراقبة وتعقّب المخالفين داخل نطاق دائرتهم، ورفع مخالفاتهم، وأرشفتها بسجّلات الدولة هي أيضاً الهيئة المسؤولة عن التنسيق وحفظ النظام بين الساحات المختلفة، ونقل مواضيع الحوار لأماكنها الصحيحة بحسب المنصوص عليه في "لائحة إختصاص الساحات" لا يتحرّك أفراد السلطة التنفيذية، إلا وفق إجراءات "وثيقة العمل الداخلي"، ويفوّض كافة أفرادها برفع ما يرونه مخالفاً للدستور والمواثيق المعمول بها في دولة أبناء مصر.

4- الهيئة التشريعية: (البرلمان العام)

وهي هيئة منتخبة من المواطنين الحاصلين على بطاقاتٍ إنتخابية، لتكون بمثابة الهيئة المتحدثة باسم الشعب بمختلف طوائفه وإتجاهاته وتياراته الفكرية. يهتم "البرلمان العام" بالمهام التشريعية وتعديل القوانين والمواثيق واللوائح بما يتوافق مع سياسة الدولة من أجل خفض نسب التجاوزات أو أية اعمال من شأنها رفع مستوى الحوار الدولة. تقدّم التعديلات على قوانين الدستور والمواثيق بعد ذلك لبيت العدالة للمراجعة القضائية والتصديق على ما فيها أو طلب تشذيبه. ومن بعدها يحوّل التعديل لقصر الرئاسة لإعلانه رسمياً، ومن ثمّ بدأ التطبيق فور الإعلان ولا تطّبّق التعديلات القانونية بأثر رجعي، بل تعتبر سارية من تاريخ الإعلان عنها فصاعداً. للبرلمان العام سلطة استجواب قضاة بيت العدالة، بل وسحب تراخيص القضاء منهم إن ثبت عليهم الإخلال بالعدالة من واقع الإستجواب

5- هيئة الادعاء والدفاع (المحامون)

وهي هيئة مكونة من المواطنين المجتازين للاختبارات الحقوقية بالدولة، والذين نجحوا في إثبات إلمامهم بمواد وبنود دستور الدولة ومواثيقها إلماماً كافياً، وتم التأكد من مهاراتهم في التحاور وحسن الخطاب القانوني. ولهم حق التواجد في جلسات بيت العدالة وتمثيل غيرهم من المواطنين وذلك بعد الحصول على توكيل رسمى منهم بالتنثيل أمام القضاء لا يحق للمواطن إقامة الدعاوى، أو الدفاع بشخصه إلا في حالة رفض جميع المحامين للوكالة

6- الهيئة القضائية: (بيت العدالة)

وهي هيئة مكوّنة من قاضيين إثنين لا يظهران في الجلسات، ورئيساً للجلسة يتولى الحديث باسم قضاة بيت العدالة. وتهدف لحل المشاكل والنزاعات بين المواطنين بعضهم البعض، أو بين المواطنين والهيئات، أو بين الهيئات والهيئات. يتقدّم أحد المحامين لبيت العدالة، ويقوم بفتح شريط جلسة جديد يطلب فيه إقامة دعوى رسمية على الصيغة التالية:

1-المتضرر: (فلان) 2- ممثل الإدعاء: (المحامي فلان بالوكالة عن المتضرر) 3- المشكو في حقّه: (هيئة كذا) / (فلان الفلاني) 4- موضوع الدعوى: (لا يزيد عن سطر) 5- إشارات توثيقية: مثل الإشارة للساحة الواقع فيها النزاع، وما يثبت التوكيلة.

يتقدم بعدها المتضرر ذاته للتصديق على وكالة المحامى فلان، ومن ثمّ يقوم القضاة بالتحقق من جوانب الدعوى، وبإخطار المشكو في حقّه لكي يوكّل أحد المحامين للدفاع عنه، وتحديد موعداً لبدأ الجلسة في نفس الشريط..

في موعد الجلسة، يتقدّم الإدعاء بعريضة إتهام تفصيلية يوضّح فيها دعواه كاملة. بعدها يتقدم الدفاع لمقابلة عريضة الإتهام خلال أسبوع على أقصى تقدير، يقوم القضاه بعدها بالطلب من المتضرر أية توضيحات إضافية أو تعليقات، ثم بالمثل مع الدفاع.. ومن بعد ذلك يتم إصدار الحكم.

العرائض في "بيت العدالة" يمكن للجميع مشاهدتها، لكن يمنع منعاً باتاً التدخل في سياق الشكوى ويعتبر ذلك بحكم المخالفة. أحكام "بيت العدالة"، نافذة على الجميع بلا إستثناء. كما يحظى القضاه بالإستقلال التام عن الهيئات الإدارية الأخرى، ولهم الحصانة اللازمة لممارسة مهامهم دون خشية أحد.

نحن مجموعةٌ من الأفرادِ تعبت أقدامهم في مزالق المنتديات العربية التي ترفع الشعارات المتباينة في واقعنا المزيّف، فإجتمعنا على أن نقيم واحة حوارٍ غير مزيّفة ولا تكتفي بترديد الشعارات.

يحق للجميع بلا تمييز مبني على لون أو جنس أو دين، التسجيل والمداخلة بالشبكة، ويحق للجميع التعبير عن رؤاهم المختلفة ومعتقداتهم المتباينة، ونكفل لهم حرّية الرأي والتعبير عنه لطالما كانت مقترنة بتوأمتها: "المسؤولية" والتي تستدعي إحترام حرّيات الآخرين وفقاً للضوابط المعتمدة في مواثيق دولتنا التخيّلية.

بموافقتك على شروط التسجيل، تصبح واحداً منا، وتكتسب حقوق متساوية معنا، وعضدٌ لنا في رفع شعار: خطوة نحو عالم أكثر تحضّراً

1) إنّ طلبك لحقّ المواطنه، لهو تعهّد منك باستخدام مرافق الدولة لأغراض مشروعة، وإقرارٌ بالإمتناع عن إرسال أية مواد مخلة بحقوق الآخرين أو تحد منها، أو تنطوي على مخالفة يترتب عليها أية مسؤولية، أو مخالفة لأي من القوانين المعمول بها في دستور ومواثيق دولة أبناء مصر، أو مواثيق الأمم المتّحدة، أو قواعد وأعراف الأخلاق العامة.

2) على كل مواطن بدولة أبناء مصر، أن يلتزم التزامًا كاملاً باحترام الآخر مهما كانت آراؤه، ويمتنع من تسفيه الرأي الآخر أو التقليل من شأنه أو التهكّم الغير مقبول. فدولة أبناء مصر قائمة على تقدير جميع المذاهب والمعتقدات الفكرية على تنوّعها واختلافها بدون إستثناء.

3.أ) تـُقدّم المادة على شبكة أبناء مصر دون ضمانات مبدأية لخلوها من أية انتهاكاتٍ لحقوق الغير، ولا يُعتبر القائمون على شؤون الدولة مسؤولين عن أي مواد مسيئة أو خاطئة أو غير تامة يقدمها أي كيان أو مواطن.

3.ب) إيماناً منا بمسؤولية الموقع كمنبرٍ خطابي، سيتم تصحيح أوضاع أية مواد مسيئة أو خاطئة عند قيام أي متضرر بإرسال إخطار بها، أو بتقديمه لعريضة إتهامٍ في: "بيت العدالة"

3.جـ) يحتفظ "بيت العدالة" بإتخاذ إجراءات رد الإعتبار الأدبي للمتضرر من إعتذارٍ الكاتب، أو إزالة المادة المتنازع عليها كليًاً أو جزئيًا من أرض أبناء مصر، أو إتخاذ أية إجراءات عقابية لمسبب الضرر، وذلك تبعًا للتقدير الخاص لقضاة "بيت العدالة" لكل حالة على حده.

4) يحق للسلطة التنفيذيه، ووفقـًا للمنصوص بدستور الدولة، ملاحقة كل من قام بالقذف أو السب العلني، على اعتبار أن شبكة الإنترنت تتوفر فيها العلانية. كذلك يــُعد قذفـًا كل من قام بالدخول إلى ساحات الحوار وتلفظَ بألفاظ غير لائقة، ولو كان القذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني الذي لا يطلع عليه غير صاحبه أو الرسائل الخاصة، فيعد هذا الفعل معاقبًا عليه على اعتباره جريمة قذف عن طريق الاتصالات.

5.أ) عند التسجيل وإكتسابك لحقوق المواطنة، تكون مسؤولاً عن البيانات التي سجلتها بمحض إرادتك مسؤولية كاملة وعن أية عبارات خاطئة أو معلومات زائفة أو تنطوي على خطـأ، وعن الخدمات التي تقوم بها من خلال الموقع، وأنك توافق على الاحتفاظ بسرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك، وتكون مسؤولاً عن عمليات التشغيل كافة التي تتم من خلال هويتك كمواطن في الدولة.

5.ب) إنّ أية معلومات زائفة أوخاطئة، أو أي سوء استخدام متعمد للخدمات التي تقدمها شبكة أبناء مصر، يُــعدّ خرقـًا لما ورد في هذه الوثيقة وقد يؤدي إلى تعليق مواطنتك في الموقع أو إنهائها مباشرة.

6.أ) يحق للسلطة التشريعية القيام بتعديل هذه الوثيقة بناء على إقتراحات مواطني الدولة. أو بحسب ما يستلزم من مستجدات تهدف للإقتراب من أهدافه بصورة أكثر عمقاً.

6.ب) تتعهد الجريدة الرسمية للدولة، بتبليغ جميع المواطنين عن أية تعديلات طرأت، ولا تعتبر التعديلات سارية إلا بعد هذا التبليغ الجماعي.

6.جـ) تحتفظ السلطة التشريعية لـ"طاقم التأسيس" والمكون من الرواد القدامي، والذين طرأت تعديلاتٍ في مواثيق التعاقد بعد إشتراكهم وتفاعلهم معنا، بحق: "عقد الإذعان" والذي يتيح لهم مناقشة التعديلات إن كانت برأيهم مجحفة أو مخالفة للأسس التي أقيمت عليها دولة أبناء مصر.

7.أ) هناك جريدة لشبكة أبناء مصر تقتبس أفضل ما كُـتب وتنشره على صفحاتها. قد يتم إختيار مداخلة أو مقال لك ضمن هذه المفضّلة، وبذلك فأنت تفوّض جريدة أبناء مصر بأن تنشر كتابتك رسمياً على موادها المقروءة أو المطبوعة.

7.ب) حقوق المؤلف مكفولة لمن تم إختيار أحد مواده بالنشر في الجريدة، ونحتفظ له بحق التوقيّع باسمه الشخصي، أو بمعرّفة داخل الدولة، أو بإظهار أو إخفاء البيانات الشخصية التي يحددها هو بناء على رغبته.

8) إن طلبك لحقّ المواطنه بدولة أبناء مصر، يعد موافقة منك على كل بنود الوثيقة، وإقرار منك بمعاينة كافة وثائق الحوار الخاصة بكل ساحة معاينةً نافيةً للجهالة.

«( دستور دولة أبناء مصر )»

1) تقوم دولة أبناء مصر على قاعدة أساسية من الحرية الكاملة لمواطنيها، فللجميع نفس الحق المكفول بالتعبير عن كافة الأفكار والمعتقدات، والمنضدة على قاعدة من المساواة العادلة لمختلف الآراء والتوجهات.

2) مع كون الأصل في الحوار هو الإباحة، إلا أنّ تداخل الحريات بين التيارات المختلفة يجبرنا كقاعدة نظامية على تقنين مساحات الحرّية الفردية حتى لا تغتال حرية أحدهم مساحة من حرّية الآخرين. فإننا أمام معادلة صعبة نحاول قدر إمكاننا التوفيق بين أطرافها حتى لا تتطرف الحريّة لتصير مطلقة كالغابة، وحتى لا تتطرف المسؤولية فتصير صمتاً وقيدا، وعليه، فإن دولة أبناء مصر تقبل جميع أنواع النقد الموضوعي المسؤول بحق الأنظمة، والحكومات، والشخصيات العامة، والأفكار، والتوجهات، والديانات، ولكننا نمنع منعاً باتاً استعمال السب، والشتم، والنعوت النابية، التي تخرج النقد من إطار الموضوعية إلى نطاق الإهانة والتجريح.

3) إنطلاقاً من القاعدتين السابقتين، فإننا نؤمن بالنقد الموضوعي البناء، والحرية المسؤولة المنضبطة، والقائمة على قاعدة عامة تقضي بأن "حرية المرء تنتهي عندما تقتحم حرية الآخرين". وعليه، فإن السلطة التنفيذية للدولة، وكافة هيئاتها في حالات الطوارئ، تحتفظ بحق التدخل وبشكل حازم وسريع في حوارات المواطنين ومداخلاتهم في الحالات التالية:

أ) السبّ أو الشتم أو التنابز بالألقاب. ب) شخصنة الحوار، وتعمّد ترك مادة الطرح والنيل من شخوص الخصوم وتجريحهم. جـ) نشر أية معلومات شخصية خاصة بالمواطنين أو عنهم. د) المهاترات وتعمّد الإستفزاز. هـ) التعرض الفظّ والغليظ وغير الموضوعي للتجمّعات والشعوب والأعراق والأديان. و) أن تكون الإساءة أو التهكّم على المقدسات أو الرموز الدينية والإنسانية هدفاً بحد ذاته. ز) التحريض على الحقد العنصري، أو الطائفي، أو المذهبي، أو القبلي. ح) محاولات إغراق الدولة بالمنقولات الطويلة والمتشعبة بهدف التعجيز الكمّي. ط) المحاولات التخريبية, أو كتابة المداخلات بشكل متعمد ويهدف للتخريب.

4) يعد الطرح المشار إليه في المادة 3 بمختلف بنودها مخالفاً إذا حقق أحد الشروط التالية:

أ) إتّسم بانعدام الموضوعية. ب) إتّسم بخلوّ الهدف الحواري. جـ) إتّسم بالأحكام المسبقة المنتهية، والعرض على سبيل الحقيقة المطلقة الغير قابلة للجدل. د) إتّسم بالتعميمات المسيئة دون تخصيص على موضوع النقد. هـ) إتسم بالتلميحات المبطنة والتوريات وابتعد عن الشفافية وشجاعة المواجهة. و) إتسم بخلط الأوراق والتفرع بحدة لما هو خارج سياق الحوار. ز) إتسم بالقفز داخل صدر الخصوم، وبنيَ على النوايا والظنون دون أدلة. ح) إتّسم بروح القدح والتجريح والتهجم الغير مبرر، دون أن يعتمد على أي معطيات صالحة للحوار.

5) لا يدخل الطرح في عداد المخالفات إذا لم يخالف المادة 4 بكافة بنودها، ووافق بشكل عام حالات التمثيل التالية:

أ) الصياغة في سياق منطقي يمكن المجادلة والحوار فيه. ب) إتّسم بمحاولة تفهّم الآخر وسماع وجهة نظره. ج) إتسم بالدعوة إلى الحوار لا بالهجوم فحسب. د) إتّسم بالتخصيص الدقيق والتوصيف المطابق لموضوع الحوار بمحاسنه وعلاته دون مغالاة متعمّدة. هـ) تحقيقه أقل قدر من الصلاحية الحوارية بحيث لا يكون تعبيراً عن إساءات فقط أو تنفيساً عن كبت. و) تحقيقه نقطة أو أكثر يمكن أن تكون منطلقاً للحوار الموضوعي.

6.أ) للسلطة التنفيذية حق تقييم أطروحات المواطنين وفرزها وفلترتها والحكم عليها من حيث كونها مخالفات من عدمه بموجب السلطة الممنوحة لهم من قبل الدولة، ويحق لها إجراء التصرّف الفوري أو الآجل بالتحرير في حالة التقدير بثبوت المخالفة، وتلتزم السلطة التنفيذية بذكر مواد وبنود المخالفات من واقع الدستور والمواثيق في الخانة المخصصة للتحرير بدون تدّخل في مادة المداخلة نفسها بأى حالِ من الأحوال.

6.ب) للسلطة التنفيذية حق دمج وتقسيم الحوارات، أو نقلها خارج الساحة إلى الساحة المختصة بموجب السلطة الممنوحة لهم من قبل الدولة، وبحسب ما يتوافق مع وثيقة "إختصاص الساحات"

7.أ) للنيابة العامة حق الإغلاق والحذف والتثبيت للحوارات أو إعادة فتحها أو إسترجاعها أو إزالة تثبيتها بموجب السلطة الممنوحة لهم من الدولة. كما يحق لهم القيام بمهام السلطة التنفيذية في حال عدم تواجدهم باعتبارها حالة طوارئ.

7.ب) في الساحات التي يقوم عليها من السلطة التنفيذية ثلاثة من أفراد الشرطة فأكثر، يمكنهم القيام بالمهام المذكورة في البند 7.أ) بعد إجراء إستفتاء سريع بينهم وموافقة غالبية أفراد الشرطة على التدخّل بالإجراء المقترح.

7.ج) تبقى القرارات والتصرّفات المذكورة في المادة 7.أ) ، 7.ب) تحت تصرّف المختص بالسلطة في حالة الإختلاف أو عدم التصديق على قرارات السلطة البديلة.

8) يحق للمتضرر توكيل أحد المحامين لتقديم إعتراضه على كافة الإجراءات الحادثة بأطروحته إن إرتأى عدم موافقتها للدستور والمواثيق وذلك أمام الهيئة القضائية في "بيت العدالة"، ويمكنه تقديم الإعتراض بشخصه في حالة عدم توافر محامين للقيام بدور الإدعاء. وتلتزم النيابة العامة بتمثيل شخصها والوكالة عن السلطة التنفيذية أمام جلسات بيت العدالة.

9) إنّ أجهزة الدولة، غير مسؤولة عن الأطروحات المخالفة التي لم يقم المواطنين بالإبلاغ عنها.

9.أ) التبليغ بالضغط على أيقونة البلاغ عن المخالفات بأعلى يسار المداخلة، هو أول وسيلة إعتراض على المخالفات ولن ينظر لإعتراض المواطن المقدّم أمام "بيت العدالة" إن لم يلتزم باستخدم خاصية التبليغ أولاً.

9.ب) في حالة عدم إستجابة السلطة التنفيذية للتبليغ خلال 24 ساعة، يمكن للمواطن صاحب البلاغ تصعيد الموقف برفع دعواه ضد السلطة التنفيذية أمام الهيئة القضائية.

9.جـ) لا يعني بلاغ المواطن عن أطروحة كونها مخالفة, إذ أن ذلك متروك أولاً للسلطة التنفيذية، وثانياً للهيئة القضائية بحال أصرّ القائم بالبلاغ على صحة رأيه أمام "بيت العدالة".

Evan Coury is young, yet extremely talented web developer that lives in Gilbert, AZ. His accomplishments for only being 17 years old are outstanding. He graduated one year early as a Junior from Desert Hills High School with the class of 2007. Aside from owning his own web design and marketing business, MediaTech Designs, he has also done freelance web development for a wide array of clients. Minimizing boolean functions by hand using the classical Karnaugh maps is a laborious, tedious and error prone process. It isn't suited for more than 6 input variables, while product term sharing for multiple output functions is even harder to be carried out. Moreover, this method doesn't lend itself to be automated in the form of a computer program. However, since modern logic functions are generally not constrained to such a small number of variables, while the cost as well as the risk of making errors is prohibitive for manual implementation of logic functions, the use of computers became indispensible.

The first alternative method to become popular was the tabular method by Quine-McCluskey. Starting with the truth table for a set of logic functions, by combining the minterms for which the functions are active - the ON-cover - or for which the function value is irrelevant - the DC-cover - a set of prime implicants is composed. Finally a systematic procedure is followed for finding the smallest set of prime implicants the output functions can be realised with.

Although the Quine-McCluskey algorithm is very well suited to be implemented in a computer program, the result is still far from efficient in terms of processing time and memory usage. Adding a variable to the function will roughly double both of them, because the truth table length increases exponentially with the number of variables. A similar problem occurs when increasing the number of output functions of a combinational function block. As a result the Quine-McCluskey method is practical only for functions with a limited number of input variables and output functions.

A radically different approach to this issue is followed in the ESPRESSO algorithm, developed at the University of California, Berkely. Rather than expanding a logic function into minterms, the program manipulates "cubes", representing the product terms in the ON-, DC- and OFF-covers iteratively. Although the minimization result is not guaranteed to be the global minimum, in practice this is very closely approximated, while the solution is always free from redundancy. Compared to the other methods, this one is essentially more efficient, reducing memory usage and computation time by several orders of magnitude. There is hardly any restriction to the number of variables, output functions and product terms of a combinational function block. In general, e.g. tens of variables with tens of output functions are readily dealt with.

The ESPRESSO algorithm proved so successful that it has been incorporated as a standard logic function minimization step into virtually any contemporary logic synthesis tool. Usually the minimization result is manipulated by factorization and mapped onto the available basic logic cells in the target technology, whether this concearns an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit).

For non-commercial purposes the public domain logic minimization program MINILOG, exploiting this ESPRESSO algorithm, can be downloaded free of charge. Being part of the PUBLICAD educational design package, it is able to generate a two-level gate implementation for a combinational function block with up to 40 inputs and outputs or a synchronous state machine with up to 256 states. If installed to cooperate with the ispTOOLS^TM FPGA design package from Lattice Semiconductor, schematic drawings can be generated with the belonging symbols. A VHDL extraction program provides a path to simulation for a set of such schematics.

Milwaukie Christian Church is a contemporary Evangelist Church located in the City of Milwaukie, Oregon. The City that Milwaukie Christian Church (MCC) serves has a population of about 23,000 people. Milwaukie is very close to the city of Portland, Oregon. MCC was built in the 1960's, and continues services to this day. Currently, Sunday services are held at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. There is an excellent youth group and children's activities on Sunday and youth group on Wednesday nights. Running parallel with the school year is the Awana children's program for grades one through six.
