Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

I'm sorry that it's taken so long for your draft to be reviewed; Articles for Creation is heavily backlogged. Unfortunately, I cannot publish it. The references still do not show notability. For example: this isn't WP:Independent; this isn't independent and doesn't mention the character; this mentions the game once, doesn't mention the character; this, this, this don't mention the character; this is a video about anime, and doesn't seem to mention the game; this is a sales site about the anime's soundtrack, no mention of the game; this doesn't mention the game; this is an Engadget category, not a reference in itself. Please do read WP:Referencing to learn more about this. It's unusual for game characters to be notable enough to have their own article, and I think it's very unlikely that this one will be. We don't have an article about Fate/Grand Order yet, only Fate/Zero. That has a better chance of being notable. I'd suggest editing other articles for a while before trying to start a new article, though. It's a difficult thing to do, and it takes practice.
