I am sorry that I don't agree with your links. Apart from cluttering up the page, some, like the one for England, are not germane to the subject. I don't know what precise WP policy is but the purpose of links is, I would have thought, to enable readers to pursue related issues. If they need a dictionary, that is a different question. re:Azeri language

No, do not get confused by -si suffix. it is used in a word if that word belongs to another noun, in III singular/plural. that is you say in English Adam's grandson but in azeri you say Adəmin nəvəsi, thus -sı,-si,-su,-sü indicates this. for nominative cases you use only words in their pure form, if by nominative case you mean adliq hal, in your case Debilqe, for genitive forms you use suffix -ın, -in, -un, -ün, so in the example above Adəmin nəvəsi.
