The article Supermercados Stock has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. The page looks more like an advertisement. If you do want to improve it, please follow the instructions on the page itself. Cheers CyberoidX 16:15, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. I don't work for Supermercados Stock, nor am I affiliated with it in any way. I don't even live in Paraguay. I can assure you that I'm not advertising for them. Of course, you might still think I'm a spammer despite the supposed Wikipedia policy about assuming good faith. Well then let's consider the merits of having an article about this company. It's the 2nd largest supermarket chain in Paraguay. Almost every one of the 1m people living in Asunción knows about the chain. And I believe it's about to expand to Ciudad del Este too. Well, I guess I don't really care about having an article on this company. I just find it insulting to be considered a spammer. (Having created Manhattan Mini Storage, I actually knew I'd be considered a spammer. Maybe Wikipedians will learn someday.) Zillionaire2 16:58, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
