Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Wikizen2016. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Zensar Technologies, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). You said at Talk:Sandeep Kishore, "I am building this page for the CEO and MD of Zensar.com as like other important figures I need this page to be present". Why do you "need" this?
