Thank you for your efforts to improve the Lorena Sanchez article. I see you're new here, so I thought I might point out a few things to you.

First, if you use the "Show preview" button instead of the "Save page" button every time, then you can see how the edited article will look before saving. If you look through the edit history of the article, you'll see that you have about 20 edits when all you were trying to change was one or two minor things. (You can see the history of any page on Wikipedia by clicking on the "history" tab at the top)

Second, nationality is not a part of the {{Female adult bio}} template. That's the template that creates the infobox in the article. To add a nationality field, you would need to edit the template. If the template is changed though, it affects every single article that uses that template. For this particular template, that accounts for several hundred articles. So by adding the nationality field to just one article, it will not show up in the saved article.
