Hello Wikiman, I don't know how this page ended up on my watch list anymore, but apparently it does. I think it may be difficult to get this article accepted—it may be easily tagged for lack of notability. However, little attention has been given to the role of Buddha images in Western Buddhism in general. There are articles like Buddha images in Thailand, Buddharupa and Buddhist art, but nothing about the phenomenon in the West, where apparently everyone must have some sort of Buddha image in their garden or living room, even though they are not Buddhist. I am pretty sure some reports exist about this, and it would be interesting to analyze why the West loves the Buddha image so much, even though so little people understand it.
