Please help me with the Steve Comisar Article:
You recently edited the Steve Comisar article using a reliably sourced reference from Reuters. Since I am not an editor I am hoping you can assist me in making a few more simple edits which are necessary to the article. You can use the same Reuters link or other links on Google. There are many.
HEADER: Change first sentence to read: "...American actor, convicted con man, and extortionist." "Actor" is strangely omitted, but Comisar is more of an actor than a "con man" and an "extortionist." Actor must be included in the header as it is reliably sourced all over the internet. (Google: steve comisar + actor) Note: Comisar being an "actor" is referenced on Google 78 times. "Con Man" is only mentioned once, and "extortionist" is not mentioned at all.
INFO BOX: "Occupation" should be changed to: "American actor, con man."
"ACTING CAREER" SECTION: A new first sentence should be added to "Acting career" section: "Comisar has appeared as an actor in numerous movies, TV shows, and commercials." (same Reuters link can be used if necessary)
ARTICLE HISTORY: The past comments by many editors made it clear that "actor" could only be included in the header if it was reliably sourced on Google. Since those comments were made over a year ago, there have been many new articles on Google News and Google Web referencing Comisar as an actor and supporting this inclusion in the header. The Reuters link you found is a perfect example. There is no more reliable a source than Reuters. Use the same Reuters link to support the above edits, or use any of the other many references.
Sadly, I am not an editor and have no idea how to do this myself. Kindly assist me. I tried to make some edits last year and one of the editors blocked the article for one year. Please help.
