Please do not add commercial links or links to your own private websites to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Sicilian‎

[edit]

Thanks for your recent edits to the Sicilian‎ and Comedians pages, however those pages are not articles, they are disambiguation pages. "Disambiguation pages ("dab pages") are, like redirects, non-article pages in the article namespace. Disambiguation pages are solely intended to allow users to choose among several Wikipedia articles, usually when a user searches for an ambiguous term." Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages) Disambiguation pages do not have external links, nor do they have links to Commons, although they may have links to Wikitionary. The links to Wikitionary are better in-line rather than using the template that is so useful for articles. Take a look at both Wikipedia:Disambiguation and Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages). If you have any questions, feel free to ask them. --Bejnar (talk) 22:23, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your web site

[edit]

Please do not add commercial links or links to your own private websites to Wikipedia, as you did to the Sicily and Agrigento articles on 19 January 2008. Thank you. --Bejnar (talk) 23:10, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
