Casetronic Engineering[edit]

Casetronic Engineering is a computer chassis manufacturer based in Milpitas, California. Casetronic specializes in providing enclosures for Industrial Computer Cases (IPC), Server Cases and PC Cases. Casetronic also specializes in mini-itx and small form factor enclosure design and manufacturing. In 2003, Casetronic Engineering partnered with VIA Technologies in introducing the new low profile C137 and smaller C138 Mini-itx cases under the Travla name brand[1]. Casetronic established Migrus Power Solutions in 2005 introducing a new generation of power supplies and power converters. Today, Migrus and Travla provide a range of solutions for mini-itx and small form factors.

In 2009, Casetronic Engineering entered the solar industry with the manufacturing of its solar lights and LED bulbs. The brand name Sunmia was later on established.

History[edit]

Casetronic Engineering Group was established in 2000 in the city of Fremont, California. The company started out as a chassis manufacturer providing assembly of complete systems.

Travla[edit]

In the 2003, Casetronic established the brand name Travla to provide one of a kind mini-itx cases for VIA EPIA mainboards and platforms. During this period, Casetronic cases were one of the few specially designed chassis for mini-itx and small form factor. VIA Technologies partnered with Casetronic to continue providing this total solutions[2]. Since 2007, Travla also provides customized chassis for Pico-itx and many other SFF platforms.

Migrus[edit]

Casetronic expanded its computer hardware line when it introduced the Migrus brand of power solutions for PC and mini-its users. Currently, Migrus products consist of a variety of AC adapters and DC-DC converters.

Sunmia[edit]

With the expansion of solar technology in the USA, Casetronic Engineering joined the green tech race under the company name Geosis Corporation. In 2008, the Sunmia brand of solar lights were produced. The solar lights and LED bulbs were introduced to the market at the Solar Power International, Anaheim, CA in 2009. Currently, the Sunmia line of products have been expanded to a variety of LED bulbs and range of solar light fixtures and standard fixtures[3].
