Thank you.

The article CREW Eric Joris has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organized event, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 14:48, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of CREW Eric Joris

[edit]

Hello Valery De Smedt,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged CREW Eric Joris for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 15:27, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:CREW.Vooruit.by Giannina Urmuneta Ottiker.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nthep (talk) 19:45, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Image uploads

[edit]

Please do not upload any more images until you have read Wikipedia:Image use policy. It is obligatory that you demonstrate that the images you upload are one of the following:

  1. Your own work
  2. Freely licensed
  3. Public domain
  4. Fair use

None of your uploads supply any information about who the copyright holder is, under what circumstances the use of the image on Wikipedia is allowed or even anything about the contents of the image. There is a template that will give you a framework to put this information onto each image. This template is called {{information}}, if you are not the copyright holder i.e. the photographer, you will need to supply proof that the copyright holder agrees to the use of the image. Guidance on how to do this is at Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries. All your existing images are tagged for deletion but you have until next Tuesday to supply the information so there is no immediate risk of the images being deleted. Hello, Valery De Smedt. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "sandbox/CREW Eric Joris".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 01:43, 3 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:"Eric Joris".jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
