There's exactly one independent source here that focuses on the center itself in-depth, and that source is The Roanoke Times, which is local coverage of this business. More sources are required for this to be shown to be notable. Additionally, the writing feels advertorial. The sentence, Rooted in the understanding that differences, including education level, academic discipline, research specialty, racial, cultural, and religious, can enrich our lives and help broaden our perspectives in the workplace, the work of the center strengthens empathy and awareness of others and builds collaborative team and leadership capacities in students, faculty, and industry partners is not consistent with encyclopedic tone--especially so without a source attached to it.
