I'd like to know: If television series episodes are in quotation marks, can they be removed for a more clean appearance? i did that on Kappa Mikey and I'd appreciate it if I could get some help. --Uzzo2 04:41, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Rancho Belago/Bellagio[edit]

  • I'm a little confused because I live in MoVal too, and every single source I've read (including the Press-Enterprise) says it's "Rancho Belago". :/ JuJube 23:30, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Huh, that's weird. The Document I read said "Rancho Bellagio" at the association- I will go ask them about which is the correct spelling at the next BOD meeting.

    • By the way, I also think that idea is very dumb. I should make a proposal to call all of MoVal east of Redlands Blvd. "Cows 'n Shit". ^_^ JuJube 23:35, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

LOL --Uzzo2 23:42, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you live either in the 92555 zip code or East of Lasselle you live in Rancho Belago. The cows thing is funny because that's all that used to be there (farming) but if you do live in Rancho Belago be VERY HAPPY, Trump Group and Benzeevi are coming in with million $$ homes which means property value will SKYROCKET!! --Jax077

A tag has been placed on Val Verde Unified School District, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. A1octopus 20:44, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why haven't you done this for other articles on school districts in Riverside County? Does it have something to do with the person who created the article?

Unspecified source for Image:Paulface.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Paulface.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 21:56, 26 April 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BigrTex 21:56, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

About your move of Stryker (Mortal Kombat)[edit]

I noticed that you recently moved the article from Stryker (Mortal Kombat) to Kurtis Stryker. However, according to Wikipedia's naming conventions policy, we should be using the character's most commonly known name. Stryker is almost always referred to as "Stryker" in the games (Pay particular note to how the announcers refer to him). Therefore, his article should be located at Stryker (Mortal Kombat), in the same way that we don't have Jax's article located at Jackson Briggs. In fact, there was already a discussion covering this at the WikiProject Mortal Kombat talk page, where it was decided to move the article to Stryker (Mortal Kombat) (Meaning you actually moved the article back to the original bad name). All other links were properly fixed to aim to Stryker (Mortal Kombat), so your move has caused more unnecessary redirects. I'm not sure if I can revert your change right away, but I'm just informing you of the rationale. MarphyBlack 05:05, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. No problem. --Uzzo2 01:41, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:HouseVal.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:HouseVal.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 05:07, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Notice

The file File:VVMS Graph.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

orphaned image, no encyclopedic use, questionable license given restriction listed on use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
