hi

Congratualations[edit]

Good luck. I'm sure you'll do great anti-vandal work.--Wikipedier (talk contribs) 03:13, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

--to help me get started, could you possibly give me a list of know vandls, or pages that are frequently vandalized.

Well, on the top of my head, Bill Gates, Martin Luther King, Jr., 9/11, and George W. Bush are some examples of frequently vandalized articles. Again, I really can't help you with anything else. I would steer you wrong, and I don't want to do that. I would suggest clicking here to leave a message at the help desk or clicking here to leave Wooty a message.--Wikipedier (talk contribs) 03:31, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also, if you look back at your IP talk page, I believe I showed you the five pillars of Wikipedia. Checking that out should help you know more about Wikipedia policies.--Wikipedier (talk contribs) 03:34, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding edits to User talk:Welty and FC Dinamo Tbilisi[edit]

There's nothing more I can do to help you. I'm sorry.--Wikipedier (talk contribs) 03:28, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

---I understand your good intent, thankyou. I am sorry about the blank page thing, I really didn't realize is was harmful, I will try and fix it. I will also delete evil messages. =)

Alright. 15:19, 11 April 2007 (UTC) (i did it right this time.)

I don't think that Wooty would mind answering any of your questions. Wooty would be able to help you out so much better than I would. Wooty answers questions at the help desk. Click here to edit Wooty's talk page. After that, just type your message and save the page, and Wooty will receive your message.--Wikipedier (talk contribs) 05:08, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You can click here to start an edit on the help desk. After that, just type your question and save the page, and someone will answer your question.--Wikipedier (talk contribs) 05:16, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Signing your name.[edit]

Hi, I noticed you were signing your posts manually (or at least it looks like it). There's an easier way to do it: to sign your name, add four tildes: ~~~~ and the MediaWiki software will add a signature, so you don't have to type it out every time. For information on reverting vandalism, you might want to see WP:VANDAL and WP:REVERT. I encourage you to do anti-vandal work and contribute to articles you are knowledgeable in. Also, here's the standard welcome template :) -Wooty Woot? contribs 03:54, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

All right, thanks for the advice. Is it the same, if I just use three tildas ? Udora

No, it'll only sign your name, no timestamp, but if you do that it's kind of difficult to know when you said things :p -Wooty Woot? contribs 18:52, 25 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia![edit]

Dear Udora: welcome to Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:

Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user talk (discussion) page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. A third option is to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator.

One last bit of advice: please sign any discussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD!   -Wooty Woot? contribs 03:52, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
