Proposed deletion of Brooke McGovern

There are no references to show this persons notability, nor can I find any with Google, including potentially noteworthy things like the Hawaii Invitational or the surf fest she started.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
