Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page University of Barisal has been reverted.
Your edit here to University of Barisal was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://sesbu.wordpress.com) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.

Notice

The article List of tallest buildings in Kushtia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Original research with insufficient notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Recent edit reversion[edit]

In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.S Philbrick(Talk) 19:30, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

BRB is a notable group of companies in Bangladesh. I create this page for this group. Tselim Rezaa (talk) 20:58, 9 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on KNB group of industries requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. — Insertcleverphrasehere (or here)(click me!) 22:29, 9 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

List of tallest buildings in Bangladesh[edit]

You have added lots of buildings with no citation or article for that building. I have not reverted your edits yet because it has taken you a lot of work. However I will revert your edits if you do not add a reliable source for each entry WP:RS. Please do this within a reasonable time. If you can't do this please revert your edits yourself and create the additions in your sandbox and then add the entries to the article when you have relevant reliable sources. Thanks Robynthehode (talk) 15:46, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I will add citation for buildings. I have gather information about those building by visiting myself Tselim Rezaa (talk) 16:00, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for taking note of my comments. However please read WP:RS and WP:OR before adding any more buildings. Going to the buildings is original research and is not allowed in Wikipedia. In addition sources have to be reliable. Some sources such as Emporis are partially user generated and are less reliable than say the Council for Tall Building and Urban Habitat. As I said previously if you are unable to provide sources for the buildings you have added within a reasonable time (say approx two weeks) the entries should be removed until sources are found. It is better if you remove the entries or find sources rather than me just removing them. Even better for such a project you are undertaking is to do what I previously suggested and created the added entries in your sandbox and once each building has a source you can add it to the list that is public. You may also like to familiarise yourself more generally with Wikipedia standards and protocols WP:5P. Thanks. Robynthehode (talk) 17:02, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I am trying to find sources and add them for citation. Sometimes it is hard to find source for some residential building. I have collect data for a lot of buildings but there are less information about those buildings on internet. But i'm trying to find reliable source and keep updating. Tselim Rezaa (talk) 17:37, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for responding. Looks like your trying you best. I hope you have read the information in the links I provided. I will let you carry on your work. Thanks. Robynthehode (talk) 18:00, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on BRB Group of Industries, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". BRB Cable Tower moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, BRB Cable Tower, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Worldbruce (talk) 13:17, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ok. But the image of that building isn't enough to prove it's height? Will Co-ordinates help for publishing the page? Tselim Rezaa (talk) 21:52, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A photograph is a primary source. Wikipedia articles should be based mainly on secondary sources. There are many restriction on how a primary source may be used. Determining the height of a building from a photograph is an interpretation of that photograph, which is not allowed. It's nice to have geographic coordinates, but they don't help show that the building is notable. The draft requires significant coverage by reliable, third-party, secondary sources to establish notability. --Worldbruce (talk) 00:03, 15 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Tselim Rezaa. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Kushtia District, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Do you work for BRB cables or are you receiving payments from BRB cables for your contribution on Wikipedia? Vinegarymass911 (talk) 23:30, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I don't work for BRB. But BRB cable tower is the tallest building in Kushtia city. It is an icon for Kushtia. That's why I added the picture of BRB cable tower. Tselim Rezaa (talk) 15:00, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for June 16[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of cities and towns in Bangladesh, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Faridpur (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:14, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Do not edit war[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of cities and towns in Bangladesh‎; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. --Worldbruce (talk) 07:40, 18 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Tselim Rezaa. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "BRB Cable Tower".

List of tallest buildings in Bangladesh (2)[edit]

Please varify your information while inserting. I have searched the internet but, unfortunately, found nothing trustworthy. So please, write with proper sources and do not vandalise. Try to avoid local newspapers and blogsites especially travel blogs. Otherwise, no matter how long it will take you to rearrange the article, only one click is enough to revert it.
