- I'd also like to add that Wikipedia is not a place to make trivial speculations based on Troye Sivan. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a gossip website or social media network. Don't edit the article to add opinions such as "He is an angel sent from heaven," "HIS VOICE WILL MAKE YOU CRY AND YOU'LL FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM 110/10," and "troye sivan does not like thinking about tyler oakley anymore," and definitely don't add information that cannot be verified and are just PLAIN RUMOURS like "This angel has been dating Connor Franta since 2014." (regarding that specific phrase, I totally get that you 'fangirl' over the 'Tronnor' ship, but don't trick others into believing that information like that is true just so you can satisfy your fangirl heart)
- The only info that you provided that I would keep is the comparison from Troye Sivan to Halsey and Melanie Martinez. However, instead of providing verifiable references supporting the claim, you instead chose to remove existing references that were used to support the existing claims that Troye Sivan's music was comparable to Taylor Swift's and Lorde's. References are an essential part of Wikipedia (without them, you might as well say that everything on the website is not true), so please don't delete them, and please back up your claims with references.
- Don't treat Wikipedia like a joke. There's a reason why teachers don't allow you to use it for research (in case you don't already realize, it's because of people like you). Not trying to be mean or anything, just saying the truth. |CanadianDude1| 22:45, 11 May 2016 (UTC)
