November 2011[edit]

Your recent edits to WMRO could give Wikipedia contributors the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Wikipedia itself. Please note that making such threats on Wikipedia is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a dispute with the content of any page on Wikipedia, please follow the proper channels for dispute resolution. Please be sure to comment on content not contributors, and where possible make specific suggestions for changes supported by reliable independent sources and focusing especially on verifiable errors of fact. Please note that the history of a radio station, if referenced, is reasonable for the Wikipedia article about it. WMRO, its owner(s) and employees do not own the article. Please see WP:OWN. If there is information that is incorrect in the article please post that to the talk page. It may be quite reasonable for something included that there is no way to get a citation on in one way or another that it be deleted, but please discuss it on the talk page for the article first.Naraht (talk) 16:27, 1 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Final Warning[edit]

You have, on numerous occasions, tried to post your "perfered version" of the history of WMRO. This is not the way things work here at Wikipedia. Just because the owners "ask" anyone to edit the page means nothing. We do not post the perfered version of anyone's posts for any page. If we did that, Fox News would be a mix of "they are evil" and "they are always right", Barack Obama would be born in Kenya, and Elvis Presley would be alive and well, living in a little town in Alberta under the name "Frank MacEwan" with a wife and three kids. We just don't do it.

So....if you try to post a "perfered version" (read WP:NPOV) of the WMRO page (or any page) by removing cited information after previous warnings and requests, you will be blocked. This is your final warning. - NeutralhomerTalk • 18:08, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Does this mean that a person can not add any infromation about themselves?Tnmiller (talk) 19:39, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oh yeah, very much so. That would fall clearly under our conflict of interest rule and something that is a big no-no here. - NeutralhomerTalk • 19:50, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
