This appears to be a hoax; I was unable to find any sources verifying the existence of a James Harrison who acted in "Hannah Montana" and ran in the Olympics.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

I've deleted this as it seems utterly contrived. If you can provide me with reliable sourcing that bears out the content, please let me know, and I will revert the deletion. Please also bear in mind that articles about people still living must conform to WP:BLP. Basically, anything in such a biographical article must be reliably sourced or it can be challenged and removed. See templated message below for more information.
