Superman Returns

Sorry, the official title is the one that appears on the screen at its first public showing, and Superman has never been referred to as Superman: The Movie on screen. It was solely used in pre-release advertising, in much the same way as X-Men 2 was used to promote a film that was entitled X2. If you look up Superman on the IMDb, you'll see that they are very strict in their designation of titles, following the criteria outlined above. Chris 42 10:53, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
