Proposed deletion of Andrew Pace
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Andrew Pace, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- No sources for correct Andrew Pace in article. (See history for removal of incorrect attribution). Search of Wharton's web site did not provide background information to support article content. If the articles is to remain on site, it needs verification of information. No Google hits for this person, so no way to verify accuracy of provided information or expand to provide quality content.
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Please do not add hoax articles
[edit]Please do not add hoaxes to Wikipedia, such as you did in the article Andrew Pace. Hoaxes are caught and marked for deletion shortly after they are created. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method is to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia – and then to correct them if possible. Please don't disrupt Wikipedia in an attempt to test our ability to detect and remove such material. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia policy to learn more about this project and how you can make a positive impact. Thank you. JohnCD (talk) 13:49, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
