[edit]As we've discussed, what you have here is a good start, but you need to slow down and talk about the details more thoroughly. You also need to be sure to cite ALL of your references, not just some of them. The photographs are a great addition, although as you can see now that I've pushed them to the right margin, there needs to be more text in that section so the images don't dominate the space. See if you can talk a bit about who each of those people is and why we have a statue of that person in New Orleans.
Remember that your lead should not have a heading so that it comes before the TOC.
