Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 87.196.81.27. I use the Brave web browser on Android, which has a built-in ad-blocking mechanism, and I am connected on a retail 4G network. I never used a VPN or proxy so the ban is confusing.
