Kevyn Orr
[edit]A quote from a major, respected website can in no way be considered "ranting language." The opinion preceding the one I posted is no more or less valid. Please be unbiased in your edits.

Terence7, please refrain from biased editing of this page. I am merely quoting a well respected and published website. Please refer to their wiki for more information http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Socialist_Web_Site. I will make a request for moderation if you continue to remove this quote. Whatever issue you may have with the quote does not change the fact that it is from a reliable source. Truman Starr (talk) 00:27, 17 March 2013 (UTC)

File:Milton Pitts and Ronald Reagan.jpg missing description details
[edit]is missing a description and/or other details on its image description page. If possible, please add this information. This will help other editors make better use of the image, and it will be more informative to readers.
If the information is not provided, the image may eventually be proposed for deletion, a situation which is not desirable, and which can easily be avoided.
If you have any questions, please see Help:Image page. Thank you. Theo's Little Bot (error?) 09:46, 14 April 2013 (UTC)Disambiguation link notification for April 22
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Christopher L. Eisgruber, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Provost and Princeton High School (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Undo button
[edit]Thanks for your collaboration on Federal Prison Camp, Alderson. The undo feature is very useful for removing complex changes, but can be a heavy-handed tool when its use reverts useful changes that were part of the same edit as the offending material. I beg you to consider this in your ongoing work. Ibadibam (talk) 02:53, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- I agree, but in this case I intended to revert your other changes, too. I think you intended to improve the formatting of the prison name, but you made it inconsistent with all of the other federal prison pages. Terence7 (talk) 03:05, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- Ah, sorry. I wasn't aware of that convention, and you didn't mention it in your first two edit summaries. You should consider joining WikiProject Correction and Detention Facilities! Ibadibam (talk) 03:22, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
Baffert
[edit]Saw your edits on the Bob Baffert article. I'm interested in doing some article improvement there, having finished with American Pharoah and Ahmed Zayat, but could use someone interested in helping. If you are interested, post over at the article talk page. The first step is finding reliable sources to footnote what's there, the second step is to do the cleanup. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
