Could you add the information that the Laura Sanders Elementary School (http://lcsaunders.dadeschools.net/aboutus.html) in Homestead, Florida, was once known as A.L. Lewis Elementary? There is erroneous information on the web page for the school, but I doubt that notifying the school would do any good - the bureaucracy is too big. I don't know when the name was changed.
