April 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello. Some of your recent genre changes have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. Kellymoat (talk) 16:44, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kellymoat No, you're the one who's in the wrong; keep reverting my sourced content on Always Be My Baby to some unsourced content; you claimed that incorporates isn't doesn't mean it's that when originally it stated that incorporates pop and R&B music genres, yet you removed only one of them; R&B and not removed pop as well; and then when I add a sourced content you reverted that; are you trying to get yourself blocked? Until you find a source that says that Always Be My Baby is a pop song; then you can also include the genre, however Complex magazine - a reliable music source explicitly states it as an R&B song; the article for Lord's sake is in an article that says the Best 90s R&B songs, so it stays, if you disagree please take it to the article's talk page. Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. — O Fortuna semper crescis, aut decrescis 17:28, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi Why have I only got that warning and also not the other person invovled? Ta'niqua (talk) 17:31, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
