Hi, I noticed you were improving citation details. You might be interested in the detailed optional parameters listed at {{citation}}. This would allow you to add volume number. Unfortunately {{cite article}} is another name for {{cite news}} and is not really intended for academic citations, so you may want to change the template over to the more flexible 'citation' instead.
