Your coach is Mr. Lefty. Exactly what form the admin coaching takes is up to you and the coach to decide, but a general piece of advice I give is to set up a user subpage (for example User:EXAMPLE/Admin coaching) to keep coaching discussion together. That prevents things getting split up over two talk pages, which can get confusing! Let me know on my talk page if you have any questions.
