Beyonce Knowles[edit]

Hello, thank you for your contributions on the Beyonce Knowles page but I've had to change your edit because:

  • The edits concerning the two adverts had grammatical errors which I fixed.
  • The claim that Beyonce has recorded 100,000 songs and dances to them in her socks was a tongue-in-cheek comment made by Jay-Z to Hot 97 that isn't really enyclopedic; we can't include jokes on a bio page and it doesn't tell us anything about the upcoming album.

I would also appreciate that you don't blind revert my edits (as in not provide an edit summary), but continue to contribute to the page as information such as the L'Oreal commercial is useful. Regards. —JennKR | 18:28, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm not sure whether that Kelly Rowland/Michelle thing is correct, I know which picture your referring to (where they're watching something on Knowles' laptop), but unless a reliable source (news organisation, Knowles herself, etc.) reported that it was the "Grown Woman" video, then it cannot be included. As for the Diplo thing, can you find a source which says he revised his comments; his interview is explicit in the fact he says Knowles scrapped a previous album before starting on this one, confirming speculation from news sources for some months now. Finally, when you cite sources, can you do so fully (see Wikipedia:Citing sources), which means more than using the URL tags (the drop-down template button is best at the top of the edit screen). We recently got Beyonce Knowles to good article status, and so everything needs to be reliable, verifiable and properly cited. Thanks! —JennKR | 15:23, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I can't find anything reliable that verifies Kelly/Michelle as viewing the video. Do either of their Twitter accounts say that it is by any chance? (This can be included if they have the verified blue tick). Thanks. —JennKR | 15:30, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
