Conflict of interest (COI) disclosure in Draft: Thangjam Dhabali Singh[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians! The draft in question was declined with supposedly COI issues. I have asked for suggestions from other editors who suggested I address this issue first. Dr Singh's biography is something I feel is Wikipedia-worthy. I belong to the state of Manipur which is one of the smallest states in India and one of the least developed too. Dr Singh's achievements are an inspiration to many people like myself. He is not related to me at all. This is my first work in Wikipedia and there are suggestions that a biography on a living person as one's first work in Wikipedia would not be easy and is most likely to face COI issues.
