Speedy deletion nomination of DAV Public Schools System (disambiguation)[edit]

Hello Subhadarshan4u,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged DAV Public Schools System (disambiguation) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Gmaildamn (talk) 14:53, 26 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on DAV Public Schools,India (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
  • disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Disambiguation link notification for September 14[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited D.A.V College Managing Committee, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Private, ICSE and CBSE. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

October 2015[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your edits on 6 September to Zee Kalinga, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor".
* The related edit is here. Adding +851 bytes is not a minor edit.

Information icon Hello, I'm 220 of Borg. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Talk:D.A.V. College Managing Committee without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I have restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. 220 of Borg 08:14, 5 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

'Bogus' protection template
After the deletion above you added a misleading, at best, 'protection template' to the talk page here. It said "High level of IP vandalism.", however there was no IP vandalism of any sort to the page. There were an edits by an IP that said they removed a copyright violations here, and here, which they have the right to do.
We assume good faith (WP:AGF) but misleading messages like that erode our good faith. 220 of Borg 08:37, 5 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
