The term is a non-notable neologism; apart from this article the only Google hit is a user-supplied comment to a funny YouTube video, added there the other day by apparently the same person. The last sentence below makes it clear that no verifiable references will be forthcoming.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
