Gender neutral terminology on Bella Ramsey

Hey, I saw over the last couple of days you've tried to replace actor with actress a few times on Bella Ramsey. Please see the discussion at Talk:Bella Ramsey#Pronoun use where there is a consensus to use gender neutral terminology when referring to Bella, based on statements in media interviews relating to her gender identity. Sideswipe9th (talk) 22:52, 3 March 2023 (UTC)

Please self-revert this revert. There is a consensus on the talk page to use gender neutral terminology, like actor instead of actress for Bella Ramsey. Sideswipe9th (talk) 22:56, 3 March 2023 (UTC)

Foolish Pleasure's death

I know that Foolish Pleasure was sent to the veterinary hospital at Colorado State University before his death, because I was the veterinary anesthesiologist who anesthetized him on November 17, 1994 (I just looked at my 1994 calendar to confirm). I believe the hope was that the surgeons could do something to relieve the pain from his laminitis, but his case was severe enough that euthanasia was performed while the horse was still under anesthesia. I'm pretty sure that the Wikipedia article used to be correct regarding where and how Foolish Pleasure died, because I had read it some years ago. So I'm not sure when the article was changed to indicate he died in Wyoming from a ruptured stomach. Colorado1977 (talk) 22:14, 6 March 2023 (UTC)

Colorado1977 If that is the case then there is a possible Conflict of interest, you should not directly edit the article yourself if you have a conflict of interest, instead a 3rd party uninvolved editor should make the change instead, with at least one reliable source. -- StarryNightSky11 22:24, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
Not sure exactly what my "conflict of interest" is - I was there. But if Wikipedia wants to keep the error in place, it really doesn't matter to me. Colorado1977 (talk) 22:29, 6 March 2023 (UTC)

The Teahouse

Your recent Teahouse answer was incorrect. Please do not answer questions unless you have a reasonable certainty that your answer is correct. Cullen328 (talk) 02:06, 9 March 2023 (UTC)

Cullen328 Noted. Thanks for correcting me there. -- StarryNightSky11 02:09, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
But also, please do not remove answers after somebody has replied to them. A better solution is to strike them out, using <s> ... </s>, so <s>this</s> displays as this. ColinFine (talk) 15:02, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
ColinFine Thanks for the advice. -- StarryNightSky11 23:31, 9 March 2023 (UTC)

April Fools

Saw a conversation on the teahouse. I decided to talk on here, so I don't delay the archiving since it hasn't been active since March 16. Anyways, I saw thing where you can play pranks on Wikipedia according to Wikipedia:April Fools. Cwater1 (talk) 05:24, 19 March 2023 (UTC)

Cwater1 Different articles say different things, however at WP:AFEW2019 & WP:GAFDEW2 it's explained that edit warring is not allowed, even on April Fools Day, although there have been Edit Wars that have happened before a consensus was made, now a consensus has been created it means that all Wikipedia Policies and Guidelines generally apply even on April fools Day. Happy Editing!. -- StarryNightSky11 23:24, 19 March 2023 (UTC)
No worries. I will follow the rules at all times. It is just like how in life outside of Wikipedia, rules, regulations, and laws must be followed at all times. Cwater1 (talk) 00:20, 20 March 2023 (UTC)
Cwater1 Of course, happy editing -- StarryNightSky11 00:50, 20 March 2023 (UTC)
