Request reason:

I am caught by an open-proxy block

Decline reason:

I see that have made four edits to other pages after placing this request, so perhaps it is no longer needed. However, if you do need an unblock, we have no way of unblocking the proxy if we don't know what IP address is blocked. You will have to give us the information in the notice you see when you try to edit, which will include the IP address. Also, editing via an open proxy is normally not allowed, so you are unlikely to be unblocked unless you can give a good reason why you should be allowed to do so. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
