Hans Finne[edit]

The squire, Hans Finne, was born in Trondheim. He graduated from Trondheim cathedralshool in 1870.After studying in Oslo for a while, he went to Alnarp in Sweden for studying farming. In 1873 he was back in Trondheim. He started running his fathers real estates on Tunga and upper Rotvoll. Nine years later he took over his parents farm. He also bought some real estates in upper Leangen. He was now starting to become one of Troendelag's biggest squires.

He was a member of Soendre Trondheims amts landshusholdningsselskab and also the chairman. He is aslo the chairman of Felleskjoepet and was one of the founders of Trondheims Meieri and Trondheims Torvstroefabrikk. He was also the chairman of Strindens Sparebank in many years.


He was married to Amalie D.Huitfeldt, the daugter to the consult Arild Huitfeldt.
