I have reverted your edits to the above article as they added material that was copied from the organization's website. This is a copyright violation and therefore against wiki policy. Please consider re-writing the material so that it does not breech copyright and then reincluding it. Also, you removed a descriptive lead section from the article that explained what the organization is much better than the information you pasted in, as it contained, for instance, links to mesothelioma and asbestos articles on wikipedia. Kind regards, sassf (talk) 19:39, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re your talk page comments[edit]

  • You are right that the article definitely needs improving to cover the MARF and its work more (sadly I'm all too aware of the importance of this kind of organisation) and your efforts are greatly welcome. Take a look at some of the links in the welcome message above for tips on article writing and please bear in mind that an article needs to have third party reliable sources to prove the notability of its subject - many editors are quick to consider deleting articles that do not prove their notability with references. Backing up points in the MARF article by citing, say, newspaper or journal articles would be a good place to start. Let me know if I can help you with anything. sassf (talk) 18:44, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oh, by the way, I know it might've seemed harsh to completely revert your previous edit, but the policy is to remove copyright material on sight. You can probably understand why. sassf (talk) 18:47, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
