Assignment[edit]

I assign you Regina Martínez Pérez of Mexico. She reported for the magazine Proceso. Crtew (talk) 18:01, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notability and infobox[edit]

Sjmayotte, I tweaked your notability statement, which you can see in history. I also added another article from the Proceso source about the investigation and what the magazine thinks of it. You're ready to write. Crtew (talk) 00:48, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Jmcantner, Peer Review[edit]

Not sure if this will work but I couldn't find anywhere to start a message. My review for your journalist assignment is:

Looks good so far. Not sure what Dr. Tew wants as far as a little background on the dangers with the Mexican drug-trafficking areas. I found this quote below on the website: LA Times "Mexican journalists in volatile drug-trafficking areas, such as Veracruz, face high risks because they live in those communities and are often easily tracked down by crime gangs. Mexican lawmakers recently passed a constitutional reform that would beef up protection of journalists by making attacks against them a federal crime"

To help determining her birthdate I found out that according to a post on May 22,2012 she was 49 years old when she died. This could give you at least a birth year! Jmcantner (talk) 19:08, 22 October 2012 (UTC)JmcantnerJmcantner (talk) 19:08, 22 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A page you started has been reviewed![edit]

Thanks for creating Regina Martínez, Sjmayotte!

Wikipedia editor Anne Delong just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:

Most of this well-written article is about Regina's death. She was a journalist for many ears; there must be more to say about her life to balance out this article. Otherwise the title should be changed to "The murder of Regina Martinez". —Anne Delong (talk) 05:05, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
