Hi, I looked at the website you provided and from the information on that website I'd probably say that she isn't notable enough to have her own article. All of the music notability guidelines are located at WP:MUSIC. If the performer, band, album, or song does not meet one of the criteria listed there then there is a chance the article will be deleted. If you can prove however that she meets any of those criteria listed there then I'd say you could start making an article at Sally Garozzo.
